Membership terms, privacy & support

Subscriptions & cancellation

Monthly membership is $9.99 USD per month. Annual membership is $100 USD per year. Applicable taxes, if any, and the final total are shown at checkout. Membership renews automatically at the selected billing frequency until you cancel. There is no automatic free trial.

Cancel at any time through My account → Membership → Cancel subscription, then confirm in Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid subscription term. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription.

No refunds: Except where required by law, subscription payments are nonrefundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. Cancellation does not refund the current term. Contact jesse@bergybowsmith.com for billing errors or questions about your rights.

If you switch from monthly to annual, review the charge, any credit, and the new billing dates in Stripe before confirming. Complimentary owner or beta access does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Access begins after payment is confirmed. Failed payments, reversed payments or disputes can interrupt paid access. Your account and saved records are separate from your subscription.

Feature availability: AI terrain and photo analysis are unavailable in this release and are not included in your purchase. Other available member tools include bow records, tuning tools, practice tools, maps and waypoints. Map coverage varies by location.

Terms of use

Keep your account information accurate and your password private. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, access another person's private information, or misuse the service.

Tuning calculations and educational shot diagrams are guidance, not guarantees of equipment safety, compatibility, accuracy or hunting outcomes. Follow manufacturer instructions, use measured retests, and seek a qualified technician when needed. Map boundaries do not establish legal access or permission. Verify current rules and permissions with the relevant authority.

Do not post harassment, threats, spam, unlawful content or another person's private information. You retain ownership of your contributions and permit us to store and display them to provide the features you choose. Only upload content you have permission to use. Member advice is not automatically endorsed by Bergy Bowsmith.

Maintenance and outages can interrupt service. Keep copies of important records. Access or content may be restricted for misuse. Contact us about billing or access problems; applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

Privacy & your data

We process account details and the bow setups, arrow builds, practice records, journals, harvests, notes, locations and photos you choose to save. Community profiles and posts are shared through their member features; direct messages are shared with their recipients and can be reviewed when reported for moderation.

Authorized administrators can inspect saved equipment and tuning records for support. We record feature visits, app version and broad device/browser categories. Diagnostic reports use error categories rather than passwords or form contents. Identifiable usage is retained for one year, error reports for 90 days, and up to 20 deleted-bow or reset-session recovery copies for 30 days. Administrator changes are audited.

Render hosts the app and database. Resend delivers account emails. Stripe processes subscription payments; do not send card details through feedback or messages. GitHub supports app development. Map providers receive map requests for the area you view; coordinates selected for Hunt Conditions are sent to the National Weather Service for weather. AI analysis is disabled in this release.

Subscriptions and account deletion are separate. Cancel renewal in Membership, and contact us to request account-data access or deletion. Some billing, security or audit information may need to be retained for legal or security purposes. Backups expire under their retention schedule.

Email jesse@bergybowsmith.com or use in-app feedback. Email is available even if you cannot sign in. Include the email on your account and a description of the issue; never include passwords or payment-card details.
